Refunds follow catalogue rules and payment provider outcomes. Display prices are not a binding checkout total.

When refunds apply
Failed or duplicate charges, provider chargebacks, and catalogue-approved cancellations may qualify. Consumed digital credits and delivered report packs are usually final once fulfilled.
How to request
Use payment history and support paths when published. Include order id and email. Do not send card numbers by email.
Timing
Provider settlement windows vary. Wallet and subscription membership update from server state after a confirmed refund, not from client guesswork.
Subscriptions
Cancel before renewal to avoid the next period. Partial-period refunds follow the catalogue offering; unused days are not always pro-rated.
Disputes
If a provider dispute opens, we follow their process. Fraudulent disputes may lead to account review.
